Failed to query TCP/IP settings of the connection. Cannot proceed.

1. Start > Run > CMD to open a command prompt.
2. Reset TCP/IP stack to installation defaults. Type in the following command in the command prompt and press Enter.

netsh int ip reset reset.log

3. Reset WINSOCK entries to installation defaults. Type in the following command in the command prompt and press Enter.

Code:

netsh winsock reset catalog

4. Reboot the machine.
